Love in Same Sex Couples by Deepak Chopra

Your book on Love makes many references to the love relationships of male/female couples. I am half way through the book and I have yet to see the principles of the book applied to same gender couples. Is there a difference? Or perhaps it is your belief that same gender couples cannot be in a state of loving relationships.

Yes, the principles of love in a heterosexual relationship that bring you to a deeper spiritual connection to your source, apply to same sex couples just as deeply. Whatever differences there might be between same sex and opposite sex relationships, the spiritual dynamics of love are still the same for everyone. Not only do I believe same gender couples can be in loving relationships, I know gay couples who embody the ideals of a union built on love.
